We want your Other Stories order to feel right. If something does not work for you, our return process is designed to be clear and simple. Please review the return guidelines below before sending any item back.

30 Days Free Returns

Other Stories offers 30 Days Free Returns on eligible items. To begin a return, please contact our customer service team first at [email protected] to receive the correct return instructions and return details.

Return window

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Return requests made after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted. Please do not send any item back until you have received return instructions from our support team.

Eligibility

Items must meet our return conditions

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition and suitable for review when received.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging should be included when applicable.
  • Items must be returned with all included accessories or parts, if any.
  • Proof of purchase or order information may be required to process your request.

Non-returnable items

Items that may not be accepted

Some items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or final sale reasons. Non-returnable items may include:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used.
  • Items missing original tags, labels, or required packaging.
  • Personal care, beauty, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive items once opened or used.
  • Gift cards or other non-physical digital items.
  • Items marked as final sale, if clearly stated at the time of purchase.
Clearance, outlet, promotional, or sale items may follow the same return rules unless they are clearly marked as final sale.

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout.
  • Your order number.
  • The item name, size, color, and quantity you want to return.
  • The reason for your return request.
  • Photos, if your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Other Stories provides 30 Days Free Returns for eligible approved returns. Once your return request is reviewed, customer service will provide the correct return instructions and return details.

Please do not use an unapproved return method or send items to an address found elsewhere. We do not display a fixed return address because return details may vary by order.

Refunds

Refund processing time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 3–15 days. Refunds are issued according to the original order details and approved return review.

If an item does not meet the return requirements, the return may be declined or the refund may not be approved.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item?

Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
